Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at The Arcadium, you will be the face of our entertainment center, providing first-rate service to our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:

Patrol the machines area to service customers in the event of machine break down.

Fill up Gifts on the machines.
-
Assist customers for Gifts Redemption.

Position Requirements

Available to work part-time or full-time, including weekends.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Enthusiasm for working in a family entertainment setting.
Machine Attendant/Facility Patroller​
​
In this role, you will ensure that all aspects of the facility run smoothly and safely. Your duties will include:

Patrolling the facility to ensure all areas are safe and well-maintained.
Refilling supplies in claw machines, prize machines, and other game stations.
Cleaning and tidying game areas and equipment to maintain a pristine environment.
Engaging with guests to ensure they have a phenomenal experience at our venue.
